We collect only Screen Time data (i.e., the amount of time you spend on your device) to provide the service you've requested.

• We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
• The app requests permission to access Screen Time data via Apple's Screen Time API.

For users in the European Union (EU), we process Screen Time data based on:

• Legitimate interest: the data is required to provide app functionality.
• User consent: users must grant explicit permission through Apple's API.

• Screen Time data is used only to enforce blocks and daily limits.
• Data is processed on-device in real time and is not stored after the session ends.

• We do not share, sell, or disclose Screen Time data to any third parties.
• Your data remains private and is never accessible by external services or advertisers.

• We do not store Screen Time data beyond the duration of your session.
• Once your session ends, all data is automatically erased.

• Data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption.
• Since no data is stored, there is no risk of breaches from stored records.

• Manage Screen Time API permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy → Screen Time.
• You can revoke access at any time via your device settings.

Our app complies with:

• Apple's App Store Privacy Guidelines
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable in the EU
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable to minors

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
